Recently after I restarted my computer the screen zoomed in. All m
windows appear bigger on the screen and I can't view a lot in a windo
without scrolling down. I checked in My Settings and everything is se
the same as it was before. This happened once before but went back t
normal after I restarted again. I restarted a bunch of times alread
(even shut down completely) and nothing works. HELP

Hi Nosila

You should check the screen resolution you are using. Right-click on the
desktop, choose Properties, then Settings tab, and look at what the
slider under Screen resolution is set to. You probably need to set it
higher.

Experiment a bit to find what looks right to you; for a 17in screen I'd
start at 1024 x 768 and adjust as necessary.

Hope this helps.

1. If your Display setting are set to the proper resolution (say
1024x768 for ex.) and;

2. You checked under Accessibility Options and you don't have anything
set;

Then either you have a program that has damaged your video card drivers
or your video card is failing.

If you think you updated the video drivers by using Windows Update
(always a bad idea), then try rolling them back:

Otherwise, try reinstalling the drivers. Get them from:

1. The card mftr.'s website; OR
2. The motherboard mftr.'s website if hardware is onboard; OR
3. The OEM's website for your specific machine if you have an OEM
computer (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

Read the installation instructions on the website where you get the
drivers.

If all of the above fails, swap out the video card for a known-working
one to test if your current card is dying.

Reset your screen resolution to at least 800X600
