Zoom report in design mode

I’m working on a report that will print labels on a brother P-touch label
printer and trying to lay out the design, it would be a lot easier if I could
enlarger the lay out.
Can you zoom in design mode?
If so, how?

I don't believe you can. Have you tried Windows Magnifier (Accessories They are a little cumbersome at first, but might work well for what you
are requiring.
