zoom in view

How do I set the default zoom in view for IE7 (maybe 8 - I'm not sure) to
110%. When I close and reopen explorer it reverts to 125%

Is there a way to set a new default zoom? I want the default zoom in
Internet Explorer Web Browser to be 150% and NOT 100%
