Zone Alarm

I am trying to install the free Zone alarm. it gets to point where it says
it can't open:

C:\documentsand Settings\RobertGutknecht\LocalSettings\Temp\GLF15.tmp

and then it exits the setup. I cannot find the file on my computer.
I am running Windows XP. Any help will be appreciated Thank You

Hi!

Are you running the setup as an administrator?
'Cos if you are just an "ordinary" user (the administrator is aka Super User
in Unix terms ), the setup program won't be able to open files in other
users' directory.

Thanks for the info. Yes I am the only user and I am the administrator
