I have latest Zone Alarm Firewall 6..737.000 which was updated from the
earlier version.

In new version in Blocked Intrusion column it continuously shows :
0 Intrusion have been blocked since install.

Does it mean there were no Intrusion since it was updated or it is not
blocking anything?

Previous version use to regularly show the no of intrusion blocked.

Any suggestion regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards.

Mine shows 17988 intrusions blocked. Using telco modem. Using older 5.5 ZA
Pro version. The number noted is since date of ZA Pro install, so is yours.
The previous intrusion number from the previous version of ZA is not
incorporated in an update.

A system with a NAT firewall, and/or a network switch may be drastically
different for intrusion rate than one not hardware protected such as mine as
well.

My ZA show NO imtrusions attempts at all. All are stoppen in the NAT
router. But I still keep ZA because it monitors programs trying to
connect to the net, and programs trying to act like servers.

I would think so. But, I try to stay away from all encompassing statements
like "all", "always true" etc with PCs.
