Zire 31 problems with 64bit

I am having problems with Palm Zire 31 on Windows XP Professional 64bit. So
I decided to change over to a Dell Axim x51v, but that is not doing what I
want either.

Has anyone found an easy way to transfer their information from one system
to the other and use that PDA on Windows XP Professional 64bit? Most used
programs for me are Calendar and Contacts. And no beaming the data did not
work - calendar is locked on the Palm and Contacts messes up the records and
combines five records into one.
