Zip file with 'Access Denied' error

I created a zip with password encryption file last week and it was working
fine. I used system recovery just yesterday and nowall of my custom zip files
give me this error: Access to C:\Folder\thezipfile.zip was denied. I tried
going into the advanced options and it says that I'm the administrator and
that I can access it. It does not give me the opportunity to enter my zip
password. I cannot change the zip file at all.
