I have recieved a mail with several files which are generated as a splitted
zip-packing with Winzip. Is it possible for Windows XP to extract those
files again?

The multiple parts need to be reassembled into a single .zip and then they
can be extracted. Normally one uses the same zip tool to reassemble that
was used to create the parts. In this case, Winzip.

You mentioned mail specifically. On the off chance that this might be a
message from a newsgroup instead of an email, check the newsreader's help
file for directions on combining multi-part messages.
