zip code help

When I do a mail merge from Excel, my 5 number zip codes have a decimal and
a zero at the end of all of them. How do I get this not to happen when I do
a mail merge for labels? Thanks.

Highlight all the cells in your worksheet containing your zip-codes, then at
the Menu - choose Format, Cells, in the Number Tab, select Text, OK.
That should do it!!
