zip code appears before address

I do not know why, but my Outlook 2002 contacts not are
displayed with the zip code and then the city state. For
example:

12345 City ST

I don't recall changing any settings and don't see how to
change this.

You forgot to tell us where they are not displaying correctly.

They are not displaying correctly in the address cards or
in the Contact Entry. When I bring up the Address
Verification Screen, the breakdown is correct (city
appears with City, State with State, etc.). On the
address cards and in the entry page, it appears as
123 Main Street
32123 City,ST

Have you tried repairing your PST file with the Inbox Repair Tool?
Have you tried starting Outlook with the /cleanviews switch?
