zeroing Report Margins

J

Joel

I'd like to zero the top & bottom margins in the page
setup for a report. When I try to zero them, they go back
to a default min. I need to have no margins to create the
required report as its on a preprinted form.

Hope you can help.
Thanks

Joel,
First check the minimum margin set up for new objects in Access:
Tools + Options + General tab.
Set the margins to 0".
Then open your existing report in Design View.
Got to File + Page SetUp + Margins.
Set the margins there to 0".
If they then change back to some other margin setting,
that is your printer's no-print area.
This has nothing to do with Access.
If your printer won't print there, you can't print there.
Change the printer to one which can handle your form,
or redesign your pre-printed form.
