zero values

Zero values are shown as blank.
In this cell only i want to see 0.00%
how can i do that?

why are zero values shown as blank. Because of a formula? Then you have
to change the formula for this one cell.

Click the Office Button | Excel Options | Advanced |
Display options for this worksheet |
Select: Show a zero in cells that have zero value |
OK

All zero cells are shown as blank.
That is like i want.
Only in this cell i need 0.00% shown.

if your values are % then format your cells custom:
0.00%;-0.00%;
Only in this one cell delete the last semicolon
