Zebra 2844 UPS firmware needed

I bought an almost-new Zebra LP2844 printer from eBay. It worked fine until
I attempted to update the printer firmware. Now it is frozen. Apparently
the Zebra firmware is incompatible with the UPS/Zebra printer.

So my new printer is unusable, and both Zebra and UPS can't help me. Anyone
out there have the firmware for the UPS LP2844? It originally had V4.14.
