ZALMAN CNPS 11X Extreme and ASUS STACK COOL 2 (ASUS P6T7 WS SuperComputer)

Dear Friends,

I've just received a gift from my Friend, which is ZALMAN CNPS 11X Extreme Cooler.

But I've got ASUS P6T7 WS SuperComputer motherboard, which has STACK COOL 2 on the bottom.

My question is:

Is it possible to mount that cooler on my mainboard?
If yes - how shall I do it? Remove or leave STACK COOL 2 plate?

I don't want to break something...
