Access YTD - Form

ACCESS - Adding one box to another in form (cumulative)? I want the number in one box that is entered each month to move to the YTD box and Cumulate - reflecting a totaling amount each time the amount is entered from the box I want it to move from. I need this function for four boxes. Can anyone help me with how to build this function, module or whatever to make this happen??!
