Your upgrading experiences, please?

Hi. I'd like to hear about peoples' actual experiences in upgrading to newer
versions of IE.

I'm told that if I upgrade from IE4 to IE6, I won't loose my OE mail
messages or folders, or my address book info.

Can anyone verify or refute that from actual experience, either your own
experience or reliable second-hand accounts?

I have gonr from IE 4 to 5 to 5,5 to 6 to 6 w/SP1 with no problems.
