You'd figure that Excel 2003 could numerically integrate!

I have a column of time dependent data that I would like to integrate. I
thought that Excel would easily have a function for it, but no. Any help?

What do you mean by "integrate"? If you give a sample of your data and
desired outcome, a solution will be much easier.
