You Have Files Waiting to Be Written to the CD

I'm constantly bothered by this message that appears for
no reason. It get worse whenever I go into explorer and
look around in the CD-rom drive. I have not told the
system I want to back any files up to CD, but it
constantly thinks I do.

Did you right-click on the CD drive letter (in Windows Explorer) and click
on Delete Temporary Files?
