You do not have the necessary permissions error!

When I tried to open an Access database file, I got this
error "You do not have the necessary permissions to use
the <path> object. Have your system administrator or the
person who created this object establish the approapriate
permissions for you.

I used to be able to open this file before many times and
only recently i couldnt. How can I be able to solve this
problem and open the file again?

This usually indicates that you are not opening this file with the proper
workgroup. Have you recently moved this file to another computer, or are you
trying to open the file a different way (like opening it through Windows
Explorer instead of a desktop shortcut)? If you haven't changed anything,
then you may be experiencing corruption. Check Tony Toews site for info
