'You do not have Administrator Privileges on this machine'

My Word Perfect application keeps freezing on my Windows 2000 Pro machine.
User has
local machine rights but if I try to install Corel as my domain user I get
the message; 'You do not have Administrator Privileges on this machine'.

If right click 'My Computer' and then choose 'Manage' the goto 'Local Users
& Groups' I make sure my domain user is added to the administrator group.
Yet it still says I don't have administrative rights.


Any Ideas why?

Silly question, but you have logged off and back on to
pick up your new security token?

Right click on the Start menu. If you don't see "Explore All Users",
you don't have local admin rights.
