I am running Win XP SP2 fully updated.
Recently had a problem using Wise Installer to load supplementary database
files to an existing Viewer Program. After 100% installation, I get the above
message and telling me to rerun the installation file from an administators
account.
I have disabled all spyware and antivirus/firewall programs and (as sole
user) have administrator privilidges, but no progress. Confirmed as an
administrator in UserNames in Control Panel and can access regedit.
Rebooted in Safe Mode with Networking and logged in as Administrator but
still not able to load the database.
Any further suggestions? Have read similar posts over last week and tried
most of the proffered solutions.

Further to the Question raised yesterday, it might help if I gave the full
text of the error box.

Hi, I am also suffering the same error message, the only new installation on
PC is windows live one care, perhaps this is causing the problems? Any help
would be appreciated.

Hi,

I still haven't cracked it but I just discovered another similar post, which
I am going to investigate. Maybe could help you too!

Search for item "Help! Cannot install Flash player ...." posted by cavepunk.

Hope replies on that post help both of us.
