Yes/No data type

How do I set up a yes/no data type with a check box? I
want a yes/no data type with a drop down box so then I can
select yes or no depending on the data I am entering.

Just create a yes/no data type in you table design. You can then set up
almost any kinda of control on a form to set the value.
 
Also be sure to confirm that the Display Control property on the Lookup tab
while in Design View of the table where you want the yes/no data type field
is set to Check Box. The default is Check Box but I have seen were after
importing data, the Display Control was set to one of the other choices.
