yellow input boxes ????

Seems like all of a sudden yellow input boxes are appearing in forms after
some updates for IE6 SP1 running on windows xp sp2 ... anyone else facing
such a thing ?? specially developers ??

Well I discovered spyware and parasites were not causing this to happen...it
was simply because of the latest "autofill" feature of the google toolbar
was causing certain fields to be marked in yellow... turn "autofill" off and
the yellow background in the text boxes goes away...
