yellow form fields with IE 6

Hi,

This is really a strange behavior with IE 6. I created forms using
Dreamweaver and some of the fields are displayed in yellow in IE.

I thought it was caused by automatic form filling feature but i have it
turned off.

I am using XP with SP1. IE 6.0.2800.1106 xpsp2.030422-1633.

These yellow form fields really annoyes me and whatever I do, they won't go
away. I cleand cache, deleted all the cookies,....none helped.

Could someone offer some explanation and solutions?

the form sample is at
http://www.model.ca/solutions.shtml?cat=sol&id=assessment&str=Assessment Qualification Form.

I don't know if you see the yellow fields. so let me know. Thanks for your
time and help!

Do you have the Google toolbar installed? It's autofill feature highlights
fields it can fill in.
