Yearly View?

Nikki

This is not very conventional, but it works for me...

Open Outlook
Open your Calendar
Select a view with the Calendar Thumbnails on the
right side (Like DAY/WEEK/MONTH)
Move your mouse on the edge of the view until you
get the double line handle, click your left mouse
button and drag the double line handle all the way
to the left. (stretching the thumbnails out bigger)
Do the same on the bottom if there are tasks in view.

To save this view:
Select VIEW from the menu
Select ARRANGE BY
Select CURRENT VIEW
Select DEFINE VIEWS
Click the COPY... button (to copy the current view)
Rename the view YEARLY
Click OK
Click APPLY VIEW

To Fix the original view:
Go back to the DEFINE VIEWS... menu (look above)
Select the DAY/WEEK/MONTH view
Click the RESET button.

Another solution is to use the Outlook 2000+ Year View control from http://www.planetsoftware.com.au/products/yearview.aspx. This ActiveX control, designed for use in a web page, shows your all-day appointments for any given year. You can create new appointments right in the web page, color-code them to match your Outlook categories, and print out year-planner view on a single page.
