Yardi Property Managment Program

I just upgraded to XP with Office 2007. I was using Office 2003. Now when i
pull up a report in Yardi and try to put it into Excel/Word it keeps
configuring and gets stuck in that cycle. How can i fix this, does anybody
know?
 
I have several other people in my office that have the same program but mine
is the only one that is having issues importing into excel/word.
