Yahoo Messenger voice problem

Hi,
I have Yahoo Messenger 6.00 (win2k) and I cannot invite a friend to a
voice conference.
When clicking the conference button, the checkbox "enable voice chat
for this conference" is disabled.
I ran the voice/chat test wizard of yahoo and passed all tests.

Any idea?
