Yahoo! Intallation Manager

I have searched the web and looked for Yahoo! specific news groups that
might help but with no success. I am wondering what the program called
Yahoo! Installation Manager does and whether it can be safely deleted. It
came when I down loaded Yahoo! Messenger as did a lot of other unwanted
Yahoo! stuff even though I selected not to receive it.

Jim,
Yes, you can uninstall the yahoo installation manager from add/remove
programs. What this thing does is somewhat similar to what add/remove
programs does in windows. It's an installation manager. Again it can be
removed along with the other yahoo addons you do not require like the toolbar.
