Okay, following some advice, I'm now using Yahoo's calendar thing for an
online calendar/appointment diary.

However, is there a program (maybe that works in conjunction with Outlook)
that will allow you to synchronise the diary on my computer, and the one
stored online.

I'm perfectly happy to export and import csv files all day, however, my boss
wants something that is automatic, so that when you click a button (either)
Outlook updates automatically from the web/the web updates automatically
from Outlook.

Does that sound like something that exists?

Intellisync

Calendar tab -> Sync link -> Install Now button

A little squirrelly sometimes, but does the job pretty well.

"Intellisync for Yahoo". Free for Yahoo.

I use it with my Palm (Treo 90) and it's very useful: I add appointment
on my Palm, then I press the synch key and it automatically updates
Outlook and Yahoo calendar online.
