yahoo and other sites are redirected to "PREMIUM SEARCHES"

can anyone help with fixing this?
whenever i try to go to ex. yahoo.com or msn.com i am
redirected to a search engine called premium searches.
what can i do?

maybe in notepad or any text editor open you Windows\HOSTS file
