y-axis titles get cut off

I've been having this problem since I got my laptop, which came with th
trial version of Office 2003. When I make a graph in Excel, and I typ
in the title for the y-axis, and depending how long it is, the las
section of the title gets cut off. When I go to print preview, it look
fine, and when I go to print it, it prints out fine, but in th
spreasheet, the last part of the y-axis title gets cut off, and i
really annoys me. So, I thought it was just a problem with the tria
version, but yesterday, I bought a key for the full version, and i
still does it. Does anyone know why this happens, and how to fix it? M
restore CD that came with my computer doesn't have the install file fo
Office, and my internet connection here at my school sucks (so I can'
download the trial and put in the code), so I can't try reinstallin
now. However, the Office 2003 package should be coming in the mail in
few days, so I can try then. Until then, though, I was wondering i
anyone knew what exactly is causing this, and if there's a way to fi
it. I tried doing the "detect and repair," but that didn't work. So i
anyone has any info, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

This may be to obvious, but the freeze frames aren't on are they? I have
seen this cause problems especially in shared workbooks.

choolan,

Try some workarounds. Try a different font in the title (with it selected,
but no cursor in it, open the font dropdown in the Formatting Toolbar).
Try typing a couple of spaces after the Y axis title. Try changing the
horizontal alignment (with it selected, Format - Selected Axis title -
Alignment tab - Horizontal alignment)
