Y axis labels in a bar chart

I'm trying to design a bar chart that will have the titles 'Low, Low/Medium,
Medium, Medium/High, High' up the Y axis instead of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. I've
tried [=1] "Low"; [=2] "Low/Medium" etc but it will only allow 2 values.
Please help I need this by tomorrow. TIA
