Y Axis Label Trouble

I upgraded to Office XP Pro and I was having the same
trouble in Excel with Office 2k and that is that when I
create a chart if the Y Axis Label is longer then 5
characters it gets cropped off. If I go into Chart Options
the Y Axis Title is there but it doesn't display it all.
It looked to be a quick fix with KB815196 but I installed
SP3 and still nothing.

The disturbing thing is I can open the file else where and
the whole title is there... Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

That article refers to a different problem which seems to me to be a
reminder to the user that certain factors will make the X axis look bad.

You might be referring to a different problem, which has not to my
knowledge been publicly documented, but seems to be related to a
combination of window zoom, monitor type, and bad karma. There is no
patch, and the best is some unsatisfactory workarounds, like making the
label longer with a few spaces and a sacrificial character at the end.
To hide this character on a system that doesn't guillotine the last
couple characters, format it to be the color of the background.

Frustrating, and there's no relief.
