XSO usage

Hi,

Has anyone has experience using Exchagne Server Object (XSO)? We hava a web
applicatoin which schedules appointment for our client's meetings and has to
go in and update their calendar through outlook. We use Exchange 2000 and
outlook 2000. We also use MAPI. However, we cannot use MAPI to access the
client's calendar so we set up delegate and use outlook to access their
calendar through delegate (a public mailbox we create). We are working to
replace this because it's not recommended. Does anyone know if we can use
XSO to replace this. Any help is greatly appreciated.
