XPe Support Options?

Despite this very helpful group, we continue to have issues with the
toolset provided with XPe. As time goes on, the urgency grows, and we
need to escalate at least one of these issues if at all possible.

What options are available to us for support?

Does Microsoft offer a Priority Support Service for XPe?
We are a Certified ISV partner, MSDN Universal member, etc.

Desi:

I would definately use one of your support incident calls on your MSDN
Universal subscription. Hopefully the MS person you first talk to will know
what XP Embedded is. I think you ultimately want to talk with someone from
Bill Glandon's support group.

Hi Desi,

You have a couple options with regards to support:
1. The distributor you purchased the toolkit from (E.G. BSQUARE :) )
should have support services available to you, both from a pre-sales
perspective, and a paid support option.
2. Microsoft's MSDN support can potentially help you, although I don't
believe XPE is truly a part of MSDN (it's not in my kit anyway)
3. Microsoft has a paid support service called PSS... The distributor
you purchased your toolkit from can get you options there.

if you still need assistance, you can contact me offline, and I can help
get you assistance.

Thanks, John. BSquare is our run-time license distributor, but through
our hardware integrator, so we're "second tier" if you will. We
purchased our XPe development kits directly through BSquare, however.

The issue that I'm struggling with is one of those things that should
"Just work". I get the image where I want it, run fbreseal, and on the
next boot the image is totally unusable - On the same box! Seems like
an fbreseal bug to me.

I may contact you later today if I haven't had any better luck. Thigs
are turning ugly here from a schedule perspective. :/
