esp. regarding the XPe tools themselves.

SP2, esp. regarding the XPe tools themselves.

Anything public about SP2 will be on http://msdn.microsoft.com/embedded.
I can tell you there are no tools changes to TD, CD, CDM, or TAP in XPE
SP2.
