I develop in XPe SP1 Trial a Image with about 110 Mb, I bought a XPe SP2 and
the image grows to 210 Mb the same image (it includes DirectX, Firewall,
Outlook express, MAPI, ... and a lot of Programas that I doesn't use).

Then I uninstall XPe and Installed SP1 (I need really a 100 Mb aprox. image)
but now every time it starts I get a SYSTEM_LICENSE_VIOLATION when the image
starts

I use the same PID that I used (and works in the SP2).

Jordi,

You might want to apply the QFE 888506, here's the description of the QFE..

"If you are using the Windows XP Embedded with Service Pack 1 or earlier
component database to build a Windows XP Embedded configuration using the
Runtime Image Licensing feature in Target Designer, you must install this
update. If you do not install this update, and attempt to use the Runtime
Image Licensing feature in Target Designer using the product key provided on
the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) stickers available after Windows XP
Embedded with Service Pack 2 is released, you may see the following error
during First Boot Agent (FBA): Lsass.exe - System Error"

Also, you probably already checked to make sure your partition size was
correct in Target Designer?

I tried to apply this patch:

A new platform object needs to be installed before this update can be
installed. Please download the latest platform update from
<http://www.microsoft.com/embedded> and install it before attempting to
install this QFE.

Setup cannot continue.

Now I only have the SP1 installed (the SP2 is not installed)

Jordi,

On each QFE download page there is an instruction that tell you the same
line. Name of QFE that must be installed first in order for other QFE's to
be able to install.

Slobodan
