XPe image do not respond to mouse right-clicks

I can't find a way to make my XPe image to respond to right mouse clicks.
It also does not respond when I select a file in Windows Explorer and select
File>>Properties. It does not bring the properties of that file.
Does anyone know what needs to be included in the image to solve this issue.

First thing would be in the user interface core to select the 'show
context menu' options. That should bring in anything else needed when
you resolve the dependencies.
