XP2 can't open Hotmail or PayPal

XP Geniuses please help.
After I upgraded to sp2 for XP I can't open (I guess secured sites) PayPal
and Hotmail online. I've enabled SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0. But still
can't open them.
 
Im no XP genius but did you try adding them to the trusted
sites list in Tools-->internet options
