xp won't stay in standby mode.

Wozza

After updating my computer with the latest sevice packs
it won't stay in standby mode. It wakes up by itself
after being in standby mode for about 15 secs.Hibination
is working fine though.
Any ideas ?

With mine (also after an update) it would click off, then immediately
whir on again. Solution was to reinstall my video drivers, then
reboot.
