Hi Everyone,

One of the computers at my house doesn't seem to shutdown even if I click on
the Start menu > shutdown > turn off. It actually goes through the steps of
shutting down but as soon as the last step is finished and the screen goes
black, the BIOS kicks in and restarts the computer over again. Therefore, my
only solution at the moment is to wait for the BIOS screen to pop up then
quickly turn off the switch at the power bar. I know that is not a good way
to turn off a system but seems like my only option.

Please help, any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

ssj4 chris
