XP Will Not Start Up

I am recieing the message
Error in C:\Windows\system321\NvCpl.dll

What is the problem?

Hi

That file is part of the Nvidia software. Download the latest drivers, and
if you can't access Windows in 'normal' mode, try installing the drivers in
Safe Mode.
