XP Welcome Screen Problem

All of a sudden, when I start up my Windows XP, the
Welcome screen comes up, and just stays there. I have
discovered that pressing cont/alt/del will get it going
again. It's only been doing that for a few days.
Has anyone seen this one?
I don't use a password log on as I am the only one who
uses the computer (I know, it's dangerous).
Any help in getting things back to normal would really be
appreciated.

I know this is probably not going to be much help but, i
have experienced the same problem, AFTER setting up a
network. I as well have no password, but after setting up
the network, I have to still click on my name. I think it
is some security feature to keep other network users out
of your pc (but like u said, ur the only user)
