XP Virus removal

I have run NAV 2004 and it has removed most of the
infected files, but it cannot get rid of the 2 viruses on
my computer. I looked on the Symantic website and cannot
find removal instructions for them on the XP system. If
anyone can lead me towards removal of these viruses on XP
it would help me out a lot! thanks!
