XP virtual memory

I have a daul 3.2 gig zeon with 3 gigs of ram and 275 gigs of have hard drive space in a scsi raid 5. I want to set hte virtual memory above 4096 is there any way to do this without adding more drives and assigning then virtual memory to

There is no point in going above a page file that will support 4096 MB
of virtual memory space in Windows - that is the most space that can be
addressed in a single 32 bit word, and Windows is not designed to use
multiple virtual machines to take advantage of more. Apart, oddly for
Win95/98 where the 'Dos Virtual Machine' for 16 bit programs runs as a
separate VM for each program

You need a page file of say Initial size 100 MB, max 1024, so that the
RAM and pagefile can get up to the 4096 size of the total available
virtual memory
