XP Upgrade failure Soft-PK Client

I'm trying to upgrade WinSE to XPpro. I keep getting an
error that blocks installation, saying that Soft-PK
Client needs to be removed. I've looked everywhere for
any VPN software and all has been deleted, but I can't
get rid of the error. Any ideas?
 
Thanks, Eric, but I don't need VPN software anymore. Need
XP which I can't install because there's a part of Soft-
PK hidden somewhere on my computer. Can't find it, so I
can't remove it to install XP.
