Xp unexpected shutdown

xp does an shutdown on unexpected times, first i get a blue screen then i dont cant do anything else than restart the system. I have tried without internet connection and without any drivers installed, and he keeps doing it. Whats the problem?

Could you please post back with the Stop Code from the BSOD? With that
someone may be able to isolate your problem.
 
Above he gives in the blue screen: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUA
down he gives: ***STOP:0x0000000A (Ox2BC68B65,0x0000000 2,0x00000000,0x804 EA960


I hope someone can help me with this info.
