XP to Vista Upgrade using Fdisk

Has anyone succeeded in using Fdisk to create one active partition for each
OS on one drive without deleting XPs restore points or interfering with the
programs and data for each OS?
If so, please tell me how.
Thanks for your replies.

Thanks Ronnie, but is it possible with Fdisk? Thanks ng

No. FDisk is an old MS-DOS utility that is neither available or needed
in WinXP or Vista. All legitimate WinXP installation CDs and Vista
installation DVDs are bootable and have the capability of deleting,
creating, and formatting partitions.

No it's not possible. Vista will only install on a NTFS partition. Fdisk
can't create an NTFS partition.
