Xp stop error

As soon as visualized the desktop, at WIndows XP startup it's appeared the
classic blue screen with STOP 0X1000008E (0xC0000005, ..., ..., ...) caused
by SYMTDI.SYS.

The PC has approximately a month and the strange thing is that it occured
only once and I don't succeed to reply it.

I have made vary diagnostic but it is all OK.

I have XP Home with almost every updates and drivers up to date.

Someone knows something about it?
