I have installed SP2. I am unistalling my other fire wall.
Is there a setting in the XP SP2 firewall that lets me
see and monitor incoming and outgoing traffic realtime???
any help is much appreciated.

No, and the Windows Firewall doesn't monitor out-going traffic,
anyways. Keep your 3rd party firewall.
